The esOutlook add in integrates seamlessly into MS Outlook Version 2010 or above.

Email processing

Incoming and outgoing emails can be transferred as contact entries into eserp with a single click. The contact persons are either detected automatically from the email address or can be assigned manually. The main process can also be assigned manually.
Incoming and outgoing emails can be imported into the system as service calls.
If an email has been imported successfully, you can switch from Outlook to the corresponding process at any time. The process will be opened in the corresponding esweb mask.

Outlook contacts can be transferred into eserp as contact persons.
Selected contact persons can be transferred from eserp into Outlook as contacts.
Changed contact person data in eserp are transferred to the Exchange server and are available in Outlook, iPhone and other Exchange address book clients.

esweb for eserp Version 1.0 or above

Server feature WCF services -> HTTP activation is required.
Additional licenses: esweb Office, esweb Contact, esweb Helpdesk*
The esBusiness server service must be set up and active for uploading documents. A document path setting is also required.
In addition to the installation of the esBusiness server, make sure that the service users using it have the corresponding user rights: see also System requirements.
