Sales groups

Settings | Project | Project management | References | Sales groups

Sales groups can be assigned to different processes for later evaluation in client specific reports.

Several sales sub groups can be assigned to a sales group.

Sales sub groups can be recorded under Settings | Project | Project management | References | Sales sub group.

You can specify the assignment of a sales group to the sales sub groups under Settings | Project | Project management | References | Sales group assignment.

Sales group

Assign a unique Sales group number.

If Descriptions are recorded in several languages, the combination of the Sales group number and Language code must be uniquely assigned.

Language code

Select a Language code from the Languages reference table. The Language code refers to the language that is used for the entries in the Description field.

 

Multi-language capability for the program requires the license 0110340 Multi-language labels.

Description

Enter a Description according to the set Language code.

Apply / Assign sales groups

Offer / Order

When you book an offer / order, the sales group / sales sub group from the calculation will be applied.

Calculation from system

The sales group / sales sub group is applied when you create a calculation from the system or assign a system to a calculation.

Maintenance order / service order for a system

The sales group / sales sub group is applied when you create a maintenance / service order from the system or assign a system to an order.
