The Warehouse codes specify the standardized Descriptions of all the Warehouses. Warehouse codes can be used as filters in Warehouse management, for example to display all Vehicle stores.

When a Warehouse is created, the Description is assigned using the Warehouse code. This can be edited.

The Warehouse code for a warehouse can be assigned under Items | Warehouses | Details - 'Details' area.

Warehouse code

Assign a unique Warehouse code.

If Descriptions are recorded in several languages, the combination of the Warehouse code number and Language code must be uniquely assigned.

Language code

Select a Language code from the Languages reference table. The Language code refers to the language that is used for the entries in the Description field.

 

Multi-language capability for the program requires the license 0110340 Multi-language labels.

Description

Enter a Description according to the set Language code.
