You can specify the rounding off parameters for project processing here.

When the corresponding setting is made in the Project, the prices will be rounded off automatically using the specifications selected here.

Rounding number

Enter a unique Rounding number here.

If Descriptions are recorded in several languages, the combination of the Rounding number and Language code must be uniquely assigned.

Description

You can record a meaningful description for the rounding off rule in various languages under Associated descriptions.

Currency

Select the corresponding currency to be rounded off from the Currencies reference table.

Starting amount

Amount above which the rounding off parameters will be applied.

Rounded amount

Amount to which rounding off is applied.

Rounding offset

The rounding value that is subtracted from (or added to) the rounded off amount is entered here. You can enter positive or negative values.

 

If the rounding amount is 1.00 and the rounding offset is 0.01, then a price of, e.g., 5.53 € will be rounded up to 6.00 € (the mathematical rounding rules apply) and then devalued to 5.99 € by applying the rounding offset.

'Associated descriptions' area

Language code

Select a Language code from the Languages reference table. The Language code refers to the language that is used for the entries in the Description field.

 

Multi-language capability for the program requires the license 0110340 Multi-language labels.
